Cyprus is a unique island nation in the Eastern Mediterranean, renowned for a rich history marked by empires from all historical eras.

The National Investment Agency for Cyprus approached me to refresh their image library of film locations ahead of the Dubai Expo. Typically, this type of imagery is produced using ultra-wide angle lenses and 360-degree techniques. I went a different route to double the result, opting for a medium to wide angle range to keep the visuals as close to the naked eye as possible and avoid distortion for a more immersive and authentic visual journey.

This approach allowed me to switch to a more editorial shooting mode between locations, capturing moments of lifestyle and local excellence, resulting in several photo essays in addition to the main location library.
